Universal Careers will refund your registration fee in full if you cancel within 3 days of payment. Once you have been given access to the virtual campus and have been presented with the financing terms, you may still receive a portion of the refund if you cancel within 24 hours from the time access to the virtual campus was given. Refund amount will be as follows:
A) If you do not qualify for any financing terms and must pay the entire tuition fee out of pocket, you will receive a refund of the entire registration fee if you decide to cancel the course.
B) If you were approved for financing, and a portion of the tuition must be paid before the skills training while a portion of it will be paid once you are gainfully employed, you will still receive a refund minus a $450 fee for textbook, background check, credit check and part of the registration fee if you decide to cancel the course. All registration fee not cancelled within the first 24 hour of accessing your online account, including all medical program, may be canceled by you at any time but no refund will be made for unused class time. Besides the registration fee, all other fees that are paid are nonrefundable. After the 24 hour period, you must complete the course, if you decide to cancel the class you will forfeit any payment(s) made.
